Pelantikan DPK PPNI Se-Kota Manado

Manado – Eksistensi Organisasi Profesi Perawat (PPNI) saat ini tidak cukup hanya dibuktikan dengan diterbitkannya UURI No. 38 Tahun 2014 tentang Keperawatan. Sebagai turunan Perundang-undangan, Realisasi terhadap AD/RT Organisasi Juga harus diterapkan secara riil.
Saat ini, kita berada diera Industri 4.0 dimana Anggota PPNI sangat butuh peran aktif Pengurus OP, tak hanya di Tingkat DPP, DPW ataupun DPD. Dewan Pengurus Komisariat adalah Pengurus OP yang dipilih berdasarkan hasil Musyawarah anggota. Ditingkat Komisariat inilah jumlah anggota
diatur dalam AD/RT PPNI yaitu minimal 25 anggota.
Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, DPD PPNI Kota Manado yang saat ini di pimpin Oleh Ns.Joike J. Lumataw, S.Kep, mengerahkan kekuatan kabinet-kabinetnya turun lapangan agar seluruh anggota yang berada ditingkat Rumah sakit, Puskesmas, Klinik serta Institusi Pendidikan Tinggi melakukan Musyawarah anggota. Memuaskan, dimana saat ini telah terbentuk 30 DPK PPNI Se-DPD PPNI Kota Manado sebagai hasil jerih payah kerja Pengurus DPD.
Perhelatan terbesar PPNI Kota Manado Pun digelar. Pelantikan Dewan Pengurus Komisariat Se-DPD PPNI Kota Manado yang dipusatkan di AULA Kantor Walikota Manado Pada Jumat, 04 Oktober 2019
dihadiri Oleh 23 DPK dan Total yang dilantik adalah 152 Pengurus.
Prosesi Pelantikan dan Pengambilan Sumpah dipimpin Langsung Oleh Ns. Joike James Lumataw,S.Kep dan disaksikan Oleh Ketua DPW PPNI Sulawesi Utara yang diwakili Oleh Sekretaris DPW PPNI Sulawesi Utara Willy K. B. Kapoh, S.Psi.,M.Si.
Rasa bangga terhadap semangat seluruh pengurus DPK yang dilantik dituangkan lewat sambutan Ketua Dewan Pertimbangan DPD PPNI Kota Manado Ns.Suwandi I. Luneto,S.Kep.,M.Kes. Dalam sambutan yang berdurasi 11 Menit tersebut sarat akan Motivasi dan Penegasan Fungsi pengurus ditingkat DPK. Lanjutnya, “Pengurus DPK Harus Percaya diri,tampung semua aspirasi anggota serta membantu Pengurus DPD dalam menjawab Kebutuhan Anggota. Bantu Fasilitasi Pengurusan NIRA, STR serta SIPP, Serta selalu pertahankan Komunikasi dan Koordinasi Dengan DPD agar Kesinambungan dan Eksistensi serta Nama Baik Organisasi Profesi bisa terjaga”. – (Yudhis)
